Cancellation and refund policy

You pay cash on delivery, so there is nothing to refund until the shisha is at your door. Here is how cancellations work.

• Single shisha orders: cancel on WhatsApp any time before our driver leaves and there is no charge. If the driver is already on the way, a delivery charge of AED 50 may apply.
• Party packages: cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 25 percent of the package price to cover prepared flavors and staff time. Date changes are free when we can accommodate them.
• Problems with your order: if a shisha arrives damaged, is not the flavor you ordered, or does not smoke properly, message us straight away. We replace the head or the set at no cost, or refund the item.
• Equipment: lost or damaged equipment (base, stem, bowl, hose) is charged at replacement cost, which we tell you up front.
