How an order works

You message us on WhatsApp with the flavor, how many shishas and your location. We confirm within minutes, at any hour. Our shisha master packs the head fresh for your order, lights the coals on our burner, tests the draw and brings it to your door in about 45 minutes. You pay cash on delivery. The next day we collect everything, and the set goes straight back to our wash station.

Who prepares your shisha

Every order is handled by a trained shisha master, not a courier. The same person who packs the head sets it up at your place, checks the heat and shows you when to rotate the coals and when to switch to the second head. For party packages, that person stays for the whole event and manages every shisha on the floor.

Our standards

  • Clean equipment: every base, stem, bowl and hose is washed and sanitised after collection, before it goes back into rotation. Each guest gets an individual mouthpiece.
  • Fresh heads: packed to order, never in advance. Fruit flavors packed fluffy for airflow, paan blends looser and with less heat so they never scorch.
  • Honest pricing: the price on the menu is the whole price. No delivery fee, no minimum order, no late-night surcharge. Extra hours on packages are quoted before the event.
  • Responsible service: adults aged 18 and over only, in line with UAE law. Shisha contains tobacco and nicotine; we recommend a well-ventilated space and moderation.
