How we prepare it
From our wash station to your first pull
A shisha is only as good as the person who packs it and the equipment it comes on. This is the routine every Shisha On Wheels order goes through.
- Wash and sanitiseEvery base, stem, bowl and hose is washed and sanitised after collection, before it goes back into rotation. Nothing is reused between customers without a full clean.
- Pack the head freshHeads are packed to order, not in advance. Fruit flavors are packed fluffy for airflow, paan blends looser and with less heat so the sugars do not scorch.
- Light and testCoals are lit on our burner and the draw is tested before handover, so your first pull is smooth, not harsh.
- Set up where you want itBalcony, majlis, terrace, yacht deck or hotel room. We place the tray, hand you the hose and show you how to rotate the coals.
- Collect and resetThe next day we collect everything, and the set goes straight back to step one. You never clean a bowl or throw out a coal.

Shisha basics
Shisha, hookah, argileh, nargile: one thing, many names
New to shisha, or ordering for guests who are? These are the terms you will hear from our team and see on the menu.
- Shisha / hookah
- A water pipe that cools flavored tobacco smoke through a glass base. "Shisha" is the common word in the Gulf, "hookah" in India and the West, "argileh" in the Levant and "nargile" in Turkey. Same device, same experience.
- Head (bowl)
- The clay or silicone bowl on top that holds the tobacco. A "head change" means a fresh bowl of tobacco. Every single order includes two heads; packages include unlimited changes.
- Molasses (moassel)
- The flavored tobacco itself: tobacco leaf, glycerin, molasses or honey and flavoring. Paan, fruit and mint blends are all types of moassel.
- Charcoal and heat
- Coals sit on foil or a heat management device above the head. Too much heat burns the tobacco and makes the smoke harsh; our shisha master sets the heat and shows you how to rotate the coals.
- Hose and mouthpiece
- You draw through a washable hose. Each guest gets an individual mouthpiece, so sharing a shisha stays hygienic.
- Paan shisha
- Tobacco flavored like meetha paan: sweet betel leaf, gulkand rose, cardamom and a cooling finish. Our 20 paan blends are more than any other delivery menu we have seen in Dubai. Browse paan shisha delivery in Dubai.
- Single vs mix vs special
- Singles are one clean flavor such as Mint or Double Apple. Mixes layer two or more, including every paan blend. Specials are our own house recipes such as Smoky Love and Pink Lady.
- Smoke-ready delivery
- The shisha arrives assembled, packed and lit. You do not touch coals or foil. This is what separates delivery from renting a bare hookah.
- Shisha catering

How long does one shisha last?
A properly packed head lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, and every single order includes two heads, so about two hours of smoking. For longer sessions, order extra heads or a party package with unlimited head changes.
Can you deliver to a hotel room, yacht or office?
Yes. We deliver to apartments, villas, hotel rooms where the hotel allows smoking, yachts at Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour, offices and event venues. For a yacht, send the marina and berth number on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between shisha delivery and shisha catering?
Delivery is one or more smoke-ready shishas brought to your door, with collection the next day. Catering is a party package of 4 to 12 shishas with a trained server who stays for 4 hours and manages heads and coals for your guests.
Is the equipment clean?
Every base, stem, bowl and hose is washed and sanitised after each collection, heads are packed fresh for every order, and each guest gets an individual mouthpiece.
Do you have tobacco-free or herbal shisha?
Tobacco-free herbal options can be arranged on request. Tell us when you order. The same ventilation and moderation advice applies, since herbal blends still produce smoke.
Do you serve under 18s?
No. Shisha On Wheels serves adults aged 18 and over only, in line with UAE law. Our team may ask for ID.
What if I want a flavor that is not on the menu?
Ask on WhatsApp. Many popular combinations, such as grape mint, lemon mint or a paan with mint, can be prepared from our singles and mixes. If we can do it, we will tell you straight away.
Can I book shisha catering for an event in advance?
Yes. For party packages a day's notice is comfortable and same-day is often possible. For New Year's Eve, Ramadan nights and weekends from December to March, book a week or more ahead.

Shisha On Wheels is a Dubai-based shisha delivery, rental and catering service. We are not a lounge and we have no walk-in shop: our whole business is bringing smoke-ready shishas to homes, hotels, yachts, offices and event venues across Dubai, 24 hours a day, and sending a trained shisha master with every order.
