Watch any Dubai house party around 11pm and you will see the same thing. The music is on, the food is done, and half the room has drifted to wherever the shisha is. If there is no shisha, half the room is quietly planning to leave for a lounge. That is why mobile shisha stopped being a nice extra and became part of hosting here: it keeps the party in one place, it gives people something to gather around, and it takes the one job nobody wants, running the coals, off the host.
Key takeaways
- A shisha corner is where a Dubai party settles after dinner. Without one, guests drift off to a lounge.
- Mobile shisha means the team sets up, lights, serves and clears. The host does nothing.
- Count smokers, not guests: one shisha per two to three smokers.
- Packages with a server start at AED 999 for 4 shishas; two or three singles at AED 150 cover a small dinner.
- Put the shishas outside or by the best airflow, and give the server a corner with a hard floor.

What a party looks like with a shisha corner
A corner of the terrace with four or eight shishas lit before anyone arrives. Someone in uniform who swaps a head when a guest asks for Mint instead of Grape, moves coals every fifteen minutes and keeps the ashtrays clean. Guests sit, stand, drift between pipes, and nobody has to touch a coal or ask where the tongs are. The host is actually at their own party.
Without it, the shisha ends up being the host's job. Someone brings their own pipe, it draws badly, the coals go out, there is foil everywhere, and by midnight three people have gone to a lounge in Marina.
Why it took over in Dubai
Three reasons, from the hundreds of parties we have served. First, lounges close at 1 or 2am and parties do not. Second, villas and big apartments with terraces made home hosting normal, and a terrace with no shisha feels unfinished. Third, the price flipped. One lounge shisha is AED 120 to 200 per person. A package brings eight shishas and a server for AED 1,599, which for 15 or 20 guests is under AED 100 a head with unlimited head changes.

What a mobile shisha service brings
- Clean sets with washable hoses and individual mouthpieces for guests
- Any flavors from the menu, changed as often as guests want: classics, paan blends, house specials
- Natural charcoal for the whole event, a burner and tongs
- A trained server for 4 hours who sets up, lights, rotates and changes heads
- Arrival 30 to 45 minutes before your start time, and a full clear-up after
For a dinner of four or five, you do not need a package. Two delivered singles at AED 150 to 230 each, with two heads apiece, give the table four flavors and a couple of hours.
Setting it up well
Location. Outside wins every time: balcony, garden, pool deck, rooftop. Inside, choose the room with the best airflow and keep a window open. The burner needs a hard, stable surface away from curtains and rugs.
Flavors for a mixed crowd. Spread them. On eight shishas we usually run Mint, Grape, Two Apples, Watermelon, Pan Rasna, Pan Supari, one special like Smoky Love and one cold one like Wet Lips. Guests find their own.
Timing. Give us your start time, not your guests' arrival time. Shishas should be lit when the first person walks in, and they are at their best in the hour after dinner.
Guests who do not smoke. They will still sit in the shisha corner because that is where the conversation is. Individual mouthpieces mean sharing is optional, and herbal heads are available for anyone who wants the ritual without the tobacco.
Which package for which party
- 6 to 10 guests, apartment birthday or small villa dinner: Silver, 4 shishas, AED 999.
- 12 to 20 guests, villa party, engagement, team night: Gold, 8 shishas, AED 1,599. Our most booked.
- 20 to 30 guests, big rooftop, wedding corner: Platinum, 12 shishas, AED 1,999.
- More than 30: a second server and extra shishas, quoted as one price.
Every package runs 4 hours. Extra hours are quoted before the night, never during it. Hosting at a villa specifically? The villa party page has the setup details for gardens, majlis rooms and terraces.
Questions we get asked
What is mobile shisha?
A shisha service that comes to the party instead of the party going to a lounge. The team brings the shishas, tobacco and coals, sets up where you want, serves for the evening and clears everything after. In Dubai it covers anything from one delivered shisha to a 12-shisha setup with a server.
How many shishas do I need for a house party?
One for every two to three people who smoke. At a mixed Dubai party about half the guests pick up a hose at some point, so 10 guests is 4 shishas, 20 guests is 8.
Where should the shishas go?
Outside if you can: balcony, garden, terrace, pool deck. Inside, pick the room with the best airflow and keep the burner on a hard surface away from fabric. Our server will suggest a layout when they arrive.
Can non-smokers and smokers mix?
Yes. We bring individual mouthpieces, and herbal, tobacco-free heads are available on request for guests who want the ritual without nicotine.
How early should I book?
A day ahead is comfortable, same-day is often possible for Silver. For New Year's Eve, Ramadan nights and winter weekends, book a week out.
