The best part of most corporate events in Dubai happens after the formal bit, on the terrace, around a shisha. We have set up at team nights in Business Bay offices, client dinners in Jumeirah villas, product launches on Marina rooftops and Ramadan majlis evenings for whole departments. This is a plain guide for whoever has been asked to organise it: what it includes, what it costs, what HR and the venue will ask, and how to make it look as professional as the rest of the evening.
Key takeaways
- A shisha corner with a server is the easiest way to keep a corporate crowd in one place after dinner.
- Packages: 4 shishas AED 999, 8 AED 1,599, 12 AED 1,999, with a server for 4 hours. Invoiced to the company.
- Count smokers: about half a mixed group, one shisha per two to three of them.
- Confirm the venue allows it, put it outdoors or by the best airflow, keep it optional and 18+.
- Book a day or more ahead, give us the start time, and we arrive 30 to 45 minutes early in uniform.

Why companies add it
Because it works. A dinner ends and people check their phones. A shisha corner after dinner and the same people are still talking at midnight, which is the whole point of a client evening or a team night. It is also easy to budget: one fixed price for a four-hour setup, instead of a lounge bill that depends on how many people turned up and how long they stayed.
What the setup looks like
A corner of the terrace or rooftop with 4 to 12 shishas, lit before guests arrive. One server in uniform who runs the coals, changes heads on request, keeps the area clean and quietly clears at the end. Individual mouthpieces on every shisha. A spread of flavors so nobody has to ask what to pick: a couple of classics, a couple of paan blends for South Asian colleagues, one or two cold or special blends, and herbal heads on standby for anyone who wants to join without tobacco.
What it costs
- Silver, 4 shishas, 4 hours, server: AED 999. Small team dinners, 6 to 10 people.
- Gold, 8 shishas, 4 hours, server: AED 1,599. Department nights and client evenings, 12 to 20.
- Platinum, 12 shishas, 4 hours, server: AED 1,999. Launches and company events, 20 to 30.
- Larger: a second server and extra shishas, one quote.
Everything is in the price: shishas, unlimited head changes and coals, setup, service, collection. Extra hours, if the evening runs long, are quoted before the event, never added on the night. We invoice companies with the company name, and TRN on request.

What HR and admin usually ask
Age and consent. Shisha is tobacco. It is for adults and it should be optional. We never push it on anyone, and the corner is set up so people can sit there without smoking.
Hygiene. Every base, stem, bowl and hose is washed and sanitised between bookings, and every guest gets an individual mouthpiece. For mixed groups who do not know each other well, that is the detail people care about.
Venue rules. Hotels and office buildings have their own policies. Ask the venue before booking; most allow shisha on terraces and designated outdoor areas. We coordinate arrival, the setup spot and ventilation with the venue team directly if you give us a contact.
Paperwork. Invoice, confirmation on WhatsApp or email, and a named contact on our side for the night.
Events it suits
Team nights and end-of-quarter dinners. Client appreciation evenings, especially in Ramadan when a majlis after iftar is expected. Product launches and openings where you want people to stay. Offsite days that end with a rooftop. Farewells and promotions. Desert camp outings, where the burner and coals need a sheltered spot and we bring extra charcoal.
A simple run of show
- A week out: confirm the venue allows shisha, pick a package, send us the date, start time, venue and headcount.
- The day before: we confirm the flavor spread and the setup spot with you or the venue.
- 45 minutes before start: our team arrives, sets up, lights every shisha.
- During: the server runs everything for 4 hours. Your organiser does nothing.
- After: we clear and collect, and the invoice follows.
Details for office and venue bookings are on the corporate shisha catering page.
Questions we get asked
Is shisha appropriate at a corporate event?
In Dubai it is one of the most common additions to a team night, client dinner or launch, and it is where the real conversations happen. Treat it like a bar: optional, adults only, in a well-ventilated or outdoor area, with a professional running it.
Can we get an invoice?
Yes. Corporate bookings are invoiced with the company name and TRN if you need it. Cash on the night is also fine.
What about staff who do not smoke?
Nothing changes for them. The shisha corner is optional, mouthpieces are individual, and we carry herbal heads with no tobacco or nicotine for anyone who wants to join without smoking.
Can you set up at our office?
Yes, on terraces, rooftops and outdoor areas where the building allows smoking. For indoor spaces, check your building management's rules first; we can advise on ventilation.
How many shishas for 40 staff?
Usually 10 to 12. About half of a mixed group will smoke at some point and one shisha covers two to three of them. The Platinum package plus a second server covers 40 comfortably.
