Shisha delivery and catering for every kind of function

Shisha catering is the difference between a party where someone is always missing because they are outside fighting with coals, and a party where the shishas are lit before the first guest arrives and stay lit until the last one leaves. We have served birthdays in JVC apartments, weddings in Jumeirah villas, product launches on Business Bay rooftops and bachelor trips on yachts out of Dubai Harbour. Here is how it works for each kind of function, what it costs, and how to size it.

A night in, for one or two people

This is not catering, it is delivery: one shisha, AED 150 to 230, two heads, lit at your door in about 45 minutes and collected tomorrow. Mentioned here because people often ask for a "small package" when what they want is two singles with four different flavors between them.

House parties and birthdays, 6 to 10 guests

The Silver package: 4 shishas, 4 hours, one server, AED 999. Four shishas running at once means nobody waits for a hose. The server rotates coals and changes heads, so the host hosts. Most Silver bookings are apartment birthdays in Marina, JBR and JVC, and small villa dinners.

Villa parties, engagements, team nights, 12 to 20 guests

The Gold package: 8 shishas, 4 hours, one server, AED 1,599. This is our most booked package. Eight shishas across a garden or a majlis, with different flavors on each so guests move between them. For corporate bookings we invoice, arrive in uniform, and keep the setup tidy enough for a client to see.

Weddings, launches and big rooftops, 20 to 30 guests

The Platinum package: 12 shishas, 4 hours, one server, AED 1,999, which is about AED 167 per shisha. For 30 or more smokers we add a second server and more shishas and quote it as one number. Weddings usually want a dedicated shisha corner, away from the dance floor and close to an open side, and we set it up that way.

Yachts and desert camps

Both work, with two differences. On a yacht we set up on deck before you leave the berth and collect when you are back, so tell us the marina and the sailing time. In the desert the burner and coals need a stable, sheltered spot, and we bring extra charcoal because wind eats it. No travel charge within Dubai for either.

What costs extra, always quoted first: hours beyond four, shishas beyond the package, a second server for 30 or more guests, and locations outside Dubai.

How to size it

Think about who will actually smoke. At a mixed Dubai party about 40 to 60 percent of guests pick up a hose at some point, and they rarely all want one at the same moment. One shisha covers two to three of those people comfortably. So 10 guests is 4 shishas, 20 guests is 8, 30 guests is 12. When in doubt go up one package; the per-shisha price drops and nobody waits.

How booking works

1. Send the date, start time, venue and guest count on WhatsApp.
2. We confirm the package, the price and the arrival time within minutes.
3. On the day we arrive early, set up where you want, and light everything before guests arrive.
4. The server runs the shishas for 4 hours. You pay cash at the end, or by invoice for companies.
5. We clear and collect. No ash, no coals, no cleaning for you.

Questions we get asked

How many shishas do I need for 20 guests?

Count the smokers, not the guests. At a Dubai party roughly half the guests smoke at some point, and one shisha covers two to three of them, so 20 guests usually means 6 to 8 shishas. That is the Gold package.

How far ahead should I book shisha catering?

A day's notice is comfortable; same-day is often possible for smaller packages. For New Year's Eve, Ramadan nights and December to March weekends, book a week ahead.

Can you serve a hotel or a licensed venue?

Often, yes, but the venue has to allow it. Confirm with the venue first and we coordinate arrival, setup location and ventilation with them.

What happens if the event runs long?

Tell us before the event and we quote extra hours up front. The server stays, head changes and coals stay unlimited. We never add charges on the night.

Do you provide tobacco-free options?

Yes, herbal heads on request for guests who want the ritual without nicotine. Ask when you book.
