The lounge problem
Nobody stopped liking lounges. They stopped liking what comes with them. The minimum spend. The 45-minute wait on a Thursday. The hose that has been through a hundred mouths that week. The music you did not choose. The coals that arrive when the waiter remembers. And the closing time, which in most of Dubai is 1am, right when the conversation gets good.
Add the cost. A lounge shisha is AED 120 to 200. Two teas, a water and parking takes a night for two past AED 400 before anyone has eaten.
What delivery fixed
Time. We are open 24 hours, and most services now are. Our busiest hours are midnight to 3am, which tells you how many people were going home from a lounge unsatisfied.
Hygiene. At home the hose is yours. A proper service washes and sanitises every part between customers and brings individual mouthpieces. You can see the head being packed in front of you.
Price. AED 150 to 230 for a shisha with two heads, delivered and collected, no minimum, no delivery fee. For a group, a package with a server brings the per-shisha cost under AED 200 with unlimited head changes.
Choice. A lounge menu is ten flavors. Ours is 41, including 20 paan blends that most lounges do not carry at all, and you can run two flavors on one order.
Setting. Your own balcony with the Marina in front of you, a villa garden in Dubai Hills, a yacht deck at Dubai Harbour, an office rooftop in Business Bay. The shisha goes where the evening is, instead of the evening going to the shisha.

From our own numbers: couples at home after dinner, groups of friends in JBR and Marina apartments, villa families in Jumeirah and Dubai Hills on weekends, South Asian customers in Karama, Bur Dubai and Al Nahda ordering paan blends late at night, and a steady run of corporate bookings for team evenings. Thursday and Friday nights are the peak, Ramadan nights are the busiest season, and summer moves everything indoors but does not slow it down.

What has not changed
Shisha is tobacco. It is for adults, in well-ventilated private spaces, in moderation. Delivery makes it convenient, not harmless. A good service will ask for ID if it needs to, and will tell you where it cannot deliver, such as a hotel that does not allow it.
